Our aim

How we achieve it
Over the years we have added the solutions to our offerings to give a complete managed solution to our clients. From PC/network management and user support, connectivity and phone solutions, website hosting and optimisation, to Microsoft 365 custom solutions. By managing all these solutions we can ensure they work together properly and improve the experience for you.
A target market summary
Our customers range from businesses with around 10 users to medium companies with up to 150. We are longstanding Microsoft partners which allows us to manage the full Microsoft offering for you. We want to work closely with our clients to understand their business so we can make the tech work with and improve their business.
A brief company history
We’ve been supporting our clients across Kent and Medway since 2010, WYSIWYG have grown almost exclusively from client recommendations. As one of our clients puts it; “It's your bedside manner that sets you apart”. We understand that our clients are the people not the computers, customer service is at the heart of what we offer.
