WYSIWYG provides business support to companies with a handful of computers to companies with server farms and clusters. We provide as little downtime for your systems as possible – work can be completed out of hours on site (evenings, weekends and bank holidays) or remotely.
WYSIWYG’s knowledge of Windows servers old and new mean we can take over management of your server(s) easily without disruption to your services. After discussing your needs with you and looking at how you currently work we will customise and configure your server to make working life easier for you and your staff.
For business with or without servers, WYSIWYG supports individual PCs. Through the toll of frequent usage, PCs can become slower, or afflicted with error messages or sudden shutdowns. We can carry out ad-hoc hardware and software repairs and upgrades, all charged at our standard rate (see below).
To reduce the amount of ad-hoc repairs and call-outs we can regularly service your PC: Our regular PC services remove unwanted software and services, clear errors, fine-tune settings, install updates and improvements – improving system performance, and ensuring each PC works as well as it can. We generally recommend a service every 6 months. But everyone is different, so after we’ve seen your system we will give you recommendations on how to help keep PCs in top condition as well as a breakdown of work carried out. Consider a PC service before you replace tired PCs.
WYSIWYG support doesn’t just include hardware and software. We believe in ensuring users are able to use the tools your IT system provides. Our knowledge and experience in IT training allows WYSIWYG to help your users understand existing and new systems and features, so that they can make their computer work for them – not the other way round. We also provide structured training courses, ideal for new staff, or those self-taught staff who know there must be an easier way.
